DELIVERY POLICY – SHIPPING
1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
All customers who buy products at the website or directly come to our corporation to see and purchase products that need to deliver to your place.

4 RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING GOODS
Our corporation will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or cause damage to goods during transportation from our warehouse to the customer.
- You are responsible for checking goods when receiving goods. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, distorted, or incorrect goods, sign the goods status to the forwarder and immediately notify the Customer Service Department.
- After you have signed to receive the goods without making notes or comments on the goods. The company is not responsible for the request to return for damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, incorrect goods,… from you later.
- If the transportation service is specified and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or cause damage to the goods during transportation from the company’s warehouse to you. The customer will be responsible for the charges and related losses.
5 OTHER IMPLEMENTATION
- Free shipping policy does not apply to products purchased during golden hour promotions, discounts.
- Tolls and roads, entrance fees to villages, or parking fees at apartments are paid by customers themselves.
- The company only delivers the goods to the correct recipient that customers have registered when buying. During the delivery process, if there is an unclear change to the recipient, we reserve the right to change the delivery and request that you receive the goods at the sales location of the company.
- If the address row is not clearly defined, located in the corner, or dangerous places, in risky mountainous areas, and transportation is difficult, we have the right to convert and receive goods directly.
- In case of force majeure, natural disasters, floods, ferry bridge failure …, we are not responsible for compensating damages caused by improper delivery or failure to deliver goods to the destination as agreed satisfied with customers.
- In other cases, we have transported the goods to the delivery place as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Unluckily the customer requests to return the goods for some reason must bear the shipping cost as prescribed by the company.
- For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, offer to assist customers in receiving transactions.
- During special days or Festivals due to limited general traffic policy (no road for some vehicles …) delivering time may change, we will call the customer to uniform delivery time.
