WARRANTY POLICY

Tran Phat Manufacturing Trading and Service Company Limited would like to provide you with our policy regarding product returns and exchanges, as follows:

 I  WARRANTY POLICY:

During use, if you have any problems or errors caused by NSX, customers can contact directly the company’s warranty department for help.

1. Free Warranty: When using the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions

a. For Tran Phat Mop Kit: 6 months warranty for rotating parts.

b. For AKiFan Product: 24 months engine warranty.

c. For YANFAN Product:

– 24 months motor warranty for exhaust, mini, box, and large industrial fans.
– 36 months engine warranty for other fans.

2. Paid Warranty: Using improper techniques according to the manufacturer’s instructions, repairing, replacing components, breaking, or damaging components during use.

-The product is out of warranty, the manufacturer will support chargeable repair for damaged components needing replacement.

 II  RETURN POLICY:

1. Product return conditions

  • The product has technical defects confirmed by the Warranty Department due to the fault of the manufacturer.
  • The time to change goods is not more than seven days from the date of purchase.
  • No defects in appearance (scratches, scratches, distortions, yellowing, breakage…)
  • Fulling packaging, cartons.
  • There is a warranty card attached.
  • Fulling range of components.

When the above conditions are qualified, the Company will exchange a new product of the same model for the customer. In case the product of the same model is out of stock, we will advise customers on another model with equivalent features and selling price.

Note: The principle of return and exchange must be equal to or higher than the purchased product.

2. The case can not return products

In the absence of the above conditions, the product will guarantee by the company’s regulations.
Please check the goods carefully when receiving the goods. In case of detecting defective products,… Please do not receive goods and immediately respond to us.
